Strategic Renewal (SRI) is a ministry that exists to ignite the heart of the church through personal renewal, congregational revival and leadership restoration for Christ’s glory. Strategic Renewal has a passion to assist pastors through ministry resources that encourage their walk with the Lord and personal support to help meet their critical needs.

International Renewal Ministries (IRM) is committed to the revitalization of a community and nation at risk by focusing on church leaders who can and are making a difference. We believe a return to moral and spiritual values can only be realized by renewing and retooling spiritual leadership and the congregations they lead.

“Reaching The Summit”
A National Pastors Prayer Summit is a corporate prayer experience that equips leaders. This unique time will allow ministry leaders to experience “Spirit-led, worship-fed, corporate prayer” and, at the same time, learn how to reproduce it in their congregation.  It is a Prayer Summit Plus, in that we will give explanations, answer questions, supply resources, and address specific situations.  It will be a “show and tell” experience with some of the most experienced Prayer Summit facilitators.  The primary purpose of this time is to equip leaders for their own local setting.

Rid’n 4 Hurt’n Pastors
A new ministry to raise money for the work of Strategic Renewal (SRI) in Helping Hurting Pastors, which SRI calls Leadership Restoration. Spiritually vibrant and emotionally stable leaders are essential to a genuine movement of renewal. Strategic Renewal has a passion to provide a financial bridge to link needy church leaders with necessary support and counsel during times of personal crisis or burnout. The Leadership Restoration Fund provides a vital component to our comprehensive approach to church health and renewal.
